• 1 whole white onion(sliced)
  • 1/2 red capsicum(diced)
  • 500g chicken cubes
  • 1 cup of cooking cream
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1tablespoon of basil


Chicken preparation: Put some oil onto the pan, then add the white onion and stir for a few seconds. Add the chicken cubes and stir till they brown a bit. Add the black pepper, salt,paprika, oregano and basil. Thereafter add the red capsicum and let it simmer. Add the cooking cream stir it into the mixture and let it simmer and bring it to a boil.

The layering of the lasagne is pretty simple, all you need is lasagne sheet found at your local store alongside an oven casserole dish.Pour in some of the chicken sauce,then add on the roux sauce, layer the sheets about 3-4 depending on how large your dish is then add the chicken sauce with the roux sauce.
