Ingredients:

  • 1 ½  cups of All purpose flour
  • 3 tbps of Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of Sugar
  • ¼ cup of Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tbs of Lemon juice
  • 1 cup of Water
  • ¼  tsp of Salt
  • ½ tbsp. of Vanilla essence


Procedure: 



Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda then sieve.



Mix water, sugar. Salt and make sure the sugar dissolves add lemon juice, oil and vanilla essence mix well.



Add the sifted flour and mix well. Grease your baking pan with oil /margarine and dust it with a little flour. Pour in the batter.



Bake for 35-40mins.



NOTE: YOU CAN DOUBLE(X2) OR TRIPLE (X3)THE RECIPE DEPENDING ON HOW LARGE YOU WANT THE CAKE. JUST MAKE SURE YOU ADJUST EVERYTHING EVENLY.
