• 1 pack of spaghetti
  • 250g of cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans of tuna chunks
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 pack of mushroom soup
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ Green capsicum
  • ½ Red capsicum
  • 1 Brunch of Cauliflower
  • 1 pack of Salted Potato crisps



Preheat oven at 200 degrees, you will need a casserole dish.

Grate the cheese put it aside, in a pot break spaghetti into half, add boiling water, 2 pinches of salt and a little of oil. Leave it to boil for 5-10 minutes.

In another pot, pour in the mushroom soup sachet, add 2 cups of cold water (follow instructions on the packet) and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Drain the water from the spaghetti, add 2 teaspoons of oil, and add in the vegetables then the tuna and sauté them while mixing, stir the soup and add it into the spaghetti mixture, then stir in all the flavors for 2-3 minutes.

In a casserole dish, pour in the spaghetti mixture, layer the cheese, then crush the potato crisps and put the on top. Sprinkle some black pepper on top for flavour and colour…

Put in the oven for 10-15mins at 180 degrees.

Serve while still hot.
